Origin and Fishing Methods
The yellow fin tuna comes from Sendang Biru, Malang, East Java. The tuna was caught in eco-friendly manner using hand-line fishing method. According to Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) this fishing tool is one of the most selective fishing tools, effective in reducing bycatch.
